The role itself is complex and highly specific, but Lewis was able to support us by bringing in an excellent candidate from another industry with exactly the right combination of skillsets, and motivation, needed for a private equity business in the mid sector. We are now 3 months post-hire and remain extremely pleased with this CFO – it is rare to see such drive and results so quickly with a new starter.
