Oliver Boorn

​Oliver is helping to lead the growth of our US division, with a focus on Corporate Development and M&A searches across the Healthcare and Business Services markets.

He brings over seven years of experience, having worked with both large international and challenger consulting firms, as well as private equity clients, across the US, EMEA, and APAC. His work spans multiple industries, with a particular focus on healthcare and life sciences. He has deep expertise in identifying top-tier strategic talent and understands the impact these individuals can have in driving growth, transformation, and long-term value. His experience includes senior Partner-level appointments as well as building high-performing teams from the ground up.

Outside of work, Oliver stays active through rugby, skiing, and running, and enjoys travelling whenever he gets the chance.
