Lewis joined Phipps Cameron’s Hamburg office in 2023 where he’s subsequently been promoted to Head of Europe – Hamburg. Lewis set up and runs the company’s interim CFO offering for European private equity portfolio companies, with his focus on the DACH region. Before Phipps Cameron, Lewis was a Captain in the Intelligence Corps where he worked in the army’s high readiness forces. He also holds an MSc in International Business Administration and BA (Hons) in History.

His hobbies revolve around spending as much time as possible with his wife Marleen and baby son Oskar, who was born in 2024.​
