We are seeking an interim integration lead with around 10 years’ experience delivering post-merger integration programmes across large or listed businesses. The role will focus on capturing identified cost synergies through operational efficiency, procurement optimisation and back-office consolidation, while ensuring strategic alignment, cultural integration, and leadership retention. The successful candidate will oversee the harmonisation of finance, supply chain and operational systems across multiple sites, establish robust governance and tracking frameworks, and manage change in a way that preserves innovation momentum. Prior experience balancing complex regulatory, cultural and cross-border considerations is essential, alongside a proven record of driving measurable value creation and transformation through M&A.
