​Henry spent the last two years in private equity recruitment. He now specialises in truly understanding candidates’ profiles to ensure successful process outcomes. Henry works across our interim and permanent strategy & transformation practice partnering with private equity, listed, and corporate businesses to deliver strategists, transformation leadership, and program teams to deliver top-line growth, cost out, and restructuring initiatives.

Outside of work, Henry plays rugby on the weekends and runs during the week.​
