About the Company
Our client is a growing technology company in the health and wellness sector. They provide solutions that support healthcare practitioners in managing and scaling their practices, while also helping clients connect with providers.
The Role
They are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to join as Senior Director of Corporate Development and Strategy. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with senior leadership, this role will focus on identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisitions, partnerships, and other growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and monitor trends to identify strategic opportunities.

Lead full M&A and investment processes, including sourcing, valuation, due diligence, structuring, and integration.

Build and maintain relationships with financial partners, investors, and advisors.

Develop financial models, business cases, and ROI analyses to guide strategic decisions.

Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with company strategy.

Partner with cross-functional teams to execute transactions and ensure seamless post-deal integration.
Qualifications
-
7+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital, preferably with exposure to healthcare or technology sectors.

Strong understanding of healthcare technology trends and regulatory environment; experience in EHR or digital health platforms is a plus.

Proven success in executing M&A deals, strategic investments, or high-value partnerships.

Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis skills.

Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
