Interim Finance Commerical Lead

Job description

Will be commercially minded and partner with the CEO to provide support on strategic direction to improve the company’s performance.

Excel in a growth role and bring an ability to source new opportunities

prioritise the complex investment, operations, finance, HR, legal, commercial and compliance needs that support the business as ownership changes

Have three core areas of focus:

Business Operations:

Be responsible for all business and administrative systems, including an assessment of systems and information within markets to create standardisation.

Have oversight of M&A transactions.

Manage client profitability

Design and implement effective business strategies, plans and procedures

Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

Advise in negotiations with high level supplier contracts

 

Commercial and Client Compliance:

Client commercial contract negotiations and client new business commercials for Pitches and integrated pitches (where Media plays central role), client and product profitability analysis.

Contract compliance to client commercial contracts and agreements.

Setting commercial targets, and making decisions of commercial benefit to across the different business units
