Integration Director (m/f/d)

The role focuses on driving the integration and transformation of multiple business units within a private-equity-backed national recycling group employing over 120 people across Finland.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage integration efforts across core functions such as Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and Operations.
• Align processes, systems, governance, and reporting with the group’s strategic operating model.
• Drive cross-company collaboration and ensure cultural alignment throughout the integration.
• Monitor integration progress, identify risks, and implement necessary corrective actions. 

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in post-merger integration (PMI), M&A transformation, and organisational change in complex environments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills in change-driven settings.
• Fluent in Finnish and English; willingness to travel across Finland.
• Experience in operational excellence or business transformation programs is a strong advantage.
