We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead and drive our financial strategy in alignment with our organizational objectives. Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the FP&A team in developing and executing financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of robust financial forecasts, budgets, and performance analysis to present to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Data Modeling: Build and refine financial models to provide actionable insights and scenario analyses guiding decision-making processes.
- Private Equity Expertise: Partner closely with private equity stakeholders to support deal evaluations, portfolio management, and investment opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with key departments such as Accounting, Operations, and Investments to support company-wide growth initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices in FP&A processes, tools, and systems to improve operational efficiency and streamline reporting.
- Risk Management: Monitor financial risks and opportunities, ensuring prompt identification of challenges and effective mitigation strategies.
- Team Development: Mentor and manage a high-performing FP&A team, fostering an environment of collaboration, growth, and innovation.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Champion DEI principles and strategies both within the team and across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in financial planning and analysis, with significant exposure to the financial services and/or private equity industries.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- In-depth knowledge of private equity fund structures, portfolio management, and deal analysis.
- Proven experience in leading teams, stakeholder management, and building strategic partnerships.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with a talent for translating complex data into actionable insights.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.

Day-to-Day
- Develop and oversee the preparation of detailed financial performance reviews, including variance analyses and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead quarterly and annual forecasting processes in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with private equity partners to ensure strategic alignment with investment goals and performance benchmarks.
- Continuously refine and update financial models to reflect evolving business initiatives and market trends.
- Provide real-time financial advisory to senior leadership, offering innovative solutions for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Engage actively with the FP&A team, offering mentorship, support, and growth opportunities.
- Champion finance-enabled innovation to strengthen the company’s competitive position in the market.
