Prepare reporting materials and dashboards for senior leadership, board, and investors.
-
Conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and market assessments.
-
Monitor post-deal performance and provide insights to inform ongoing value creation.

Manage workstreams within larger projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Candidate Profile

Experience working across M&A processes (execution and integration exposure preferred).

Excellent project management skills; able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
-
Commercially minded, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-
Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.

Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment.
-
Experience in software, technology, or other high-growth sectors desirable.
What We Offer

Opportunity to gain hands-on M&A and integration experience across multiple markets.
-
Dynamic and entrepreneurial culture with strong scope for progression.
