Tristan Dugmore

​Tristan leads Phipps Cameron’s Technology Leadership practice, focusing on senior executive and leadership appointments across IT, Technology, Product, Data, AI and Cyber Security.

He partners closely with Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies to support value creation through the appointment of high-impact technology leaders who can scale platforms, drive digital transformation and enable data-led growth. Tristan works with investors and leadership teams at key points in the investment lifecycle — from entry and transformation through to scale and exit.

With 13 years’ experience in technology recruitment, including the past 6 years focused on Private Equity-backed businesses, Tristan has delivered senior leadership hires across the UK, Europe and the US. His work centres on building technology leadership teams that enable growth, operational improvement and long-term value creation.

Typical mandates include roles such as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Product Officer (CPO), Chief Data & AI Officer, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), VP/Head of Engineering and other senior technology and digital leadership roles.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Tristan on a golf course, discovering new restaurants or in the kitchen cooking for friends and family.
