​As a Consultant within the Strategy and Transformation practice, Stephen focuses on partnering with private equity-backed businesses to identify and secure top-tier talent for critical leadership and transformation roles. His work centres on helping portfolio companies build high-performing teams that can deliver operational improvement, strategic growth, and long-term value creation. By combining a deep understanding of organisational dynamics with a strong network of senior professionals, he ensures clients have the right people in place to execute their investment thesis and drive sustainable success. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business degree and a Master’s in Strategic, Innovation and People Management.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys an active lifestyle and is a regular at the gym. He has a strong interest in sports and enjoys travelling to explore new places and cultures.
