​As a Consultant within the R&D team, specialisting in Strategy and Transformation appointments across a broad range of sectors. He works closely with senior leaders, and high-potential candidates, supporting them through key career moves while helping organisations build leadership teams that can drive growth, change and long-term value creation. With a strong interest in how organisations evolve and transform, Stephen combines a thoughtful, people-focused approach with a solid understanding of business strategy.

He holds a Bachelor of Business and a Master's of Strategy, Innovation, and People Management.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys an active lifestyle and is a regular at the gym. He has a keen interest in sports and enjoys travelling, particularly when it involves discovering new places and cultures.
