​Nawfal brings over eight years of recruitment experience, spanning the full spectrum of talent solutions — interim, permanent, and executive search. With a global client base across the UK, Europe, and the US, he has successfully partnered with organizations to scale teams within Technology, Private Equity, and Private Credit.

At Phipps Cameron, Nawfal focuses on supporting our Large Cap and Mid Cap Private Equity clients by securing senior interim Strategy & Transformation professionals. Alongside this, he leads new business development initiatives, driving the continued growth of our client base across multiple sectors and geographies.

Nawfal’s extensive experience in business development has shaped a truly client-first approach. He is dedicated to deeply understanding each client’s needs and representing them authentically in the market — ensuring brand integrity and reputation are upheld to the highest standard.

Outside of work, Nawfal is a passionate Liverpool supporter. He can often be found in the gym or attempting to keeping his football career alive on Saturday mornings.
