Naomi Randall

​Naomi brings over ten years of experience in executive search delivery, having built a career defined by depth, precision, and a commitment to high-quality research. She began her professional journey in retail management before transitioning into search, starting in niche IT and later moving into C-Suite Executive Search within Central Government.

In the time prior to joining Phipps Cameron, Naomi specialised in accountancy and professional services, covering Tax, Audit, Corporate Finance, and Restructuring—experience that now enables her to support clients with a broad and nuanced understanding of the market.

Outside of work, Naomi is an enthusiastic follower of professional wrestling and often travels across the country to see live events. When she’s not on the road, she can usually be found taking care of her three guinea pigs.
