Lea Evers

​Lea leads Phipps Cameron’s Board & Executive Advisory practice, partnering with senior executives, boards, and investors to strengthen governance, succession, and top-team performance. She brings deep expertise in leadership assessment and development, delivering insights that enable informed, high-impact decisions.

Previously, Lea was a Consultant in the global CEO & Board Practice at Heidrick & Struggles, advising listed and private companies, including FTSE 100, S&P 500, portfolio, and founder-led businesses, on board effectiveness, succession, and high-performance cultures. She holds an MSc in Research Methods in Psychology from University College London and is certified in Hogan Assessments and PRINCE2 project management.

Born in Germany and having lived in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, Lea brings an international outlook to her work. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places and immersing herself in art and culture.
