Khushang Ghadiyali

​Khushang is an Analyst in the Research & Delivery team at Phipps Cameron, supporting the Board & Executive Advisory practice. He works closely with the Head of Advisory Services to deliver client solutions across leadership assessment, succession planning, governance, and executive development, while also collaborating across the firm to strengthen delivery and growth. With a Master’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering, Khushang brings strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities, complemented by commercial experience from previous roles in engineering and client relations at IWG. This combination enables him to pair data-driven rigour with practical business insight, enhancing the impact of Phipps Cameron’s advisory work.

Outside of work, Khushang enjoys fitness, travel, and exploring new cultural and social experiences.
