Emily Harrow

​Emily has two years of experience delivering senior finance placements within private equity backed businesses. She is relationship driven, ambitious, and proactive, with a strong focus on building lasting partnerships and delivering high quality outcomes for both clients and candidates.

At Phipps Cameron, Emily sits within the Business Services vertical, where she specialises in interim finance placements across private equity backed organisations. She is dedicated to sourcing, securing, and placing top tier talent at the C-1 and C-2 level, supporting businesses through critical periods of change and growth.

Emily has an international background, having grown up in Hong Kong and being half Danish. She is bilingual and has also spent time living in Denmark, bringing a global perspective to her work.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys running, going to the gym, reading, baking, and travelling.
