Elliot O'Shea-Cowan

​Elliot joins Phipps Cameron with three years of experience in executive search, specialising in senior executive and non-executive appointments across real estate, renewable energy, and Whitehall departments. He is passionate about building strong networks, connecting with senior leaders and high-potential talent to support both current and future opportunities. Elliot holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Bachelor of Business, and began his career working closely with senior leadership teams in global private healthcare and tourism organisations.

Originally from Australia, Elliot moved to the UK in 2022. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and exploring London’s vibrant food, music, and cultural scene.
