​Samantha spent the last decade in talent—building teams, scaling businesses, and, for a time, running her own agency. Samantha's background spans rec-to-rec and in-house talent, with a focus on finding the people who actually move the needle.

Samantha has worked globally across financial services, tech, renewables, and even super-lux fashion—so she is used to navigating very different markets, cultures, and expectations, and still delivering.
