Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, Max brings a strong commercial foundation with a Business degree and a specialist focus on private equity within high-growth sectors. His work centers on software, SaaS, data services, and infrastructure, where he partners with investors and leadership teams to identify and secure top-tier talent.

With a sharp understanding of market dynamics and a hands-on approach to search, Max operates confidently at senior levels, delivering high-impact results across complex mandates in the TMT space.

Outside of work, Max is an avid golfer, playing off a handicap of 5, and a dedicated supporter of Arsenal FC.
