Marie-Alice Gerard

​Marie-Alice leads Phipps Cameron’s TMT practice for the US, focusing on senior executive and leadership appointments across Finance, Corp Dev and Strategy.

She partners closely with Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies to support value creation through the appointment of high-impact finance leaders who can build and develop finance execution through IPO, exit and financial stability.

With over 10 years experience in recruitment, including the past 5 years focused within Technology across the USA, Marie-Alice has worked across a number of industries serving Founders and ambitious SaaS led businesses to expand globally.

Typical mandates include roles such as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Head M&A, Head of Corp Dev and other senior finance and strategy roles.  

Outside of work you will find her traveling and visiting her family back in France and on sunny days playing Tennis.
