​Harvey focuses on M&A and corporate development searches across the UK and European services and technology markets.

Harvey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with Marketing and has several years of experience partnering with private equity funds to support inorganic growth strategies. He works closely with both private equity-backed and listed businesses to build and scale high-performing M&A and corporate development functions, delivering talent aligned to long-term value creation.

Operating across a broad range of sectors, Harvey brings a strong understanding of the strategic and operational requirements needed to execute successful transactions and integrations, supporting clients at all stages of the deal lifecycle.

Outside of the office, Harvey has a passion for travel and exploring new cultures. He is a keen cyclist and regularly follows Tottenham Hotspur around the country.
