​Donjeta holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Psychology, providing a strong foundation in understanding human behaviour and decision-making, which she brings into her professional work. She has built extensive experience in executive search, specialising in supporting private equity-backed businesses to connect with executive and senior management talent on a global scale. With a strategic and people-focused approach, Donjeta is passionate about identifying high-quality leadership talent and helping organisations build strong, high-performing teams.

Outside of work, Donjeta enjoys travelling and exploring new cultures, and keeps active through regular pilates sessions.
